Nothing here depends on a clinic marking its own homework. Every figure below has a named source and a sample size.

Ranked on outcomes.
Clinics are ordered by verified results, sample size and follow-up rate. Position is never for sale and no clinic pays to appear.

Documented all the way home.
The operative record, medication and follow-up plan travel home as an Outcome Passport. Checks at three, six and twelve months are verified by a physician in Germany.
Payment follows the follow up.
Seventy per cent is released at treatment. The clinic is paid promptly for the work it has done, on the day it does it.
Thirty per cent is held. It is released when a verified six month check is filed by a physician at home, not by the clinic itself.
The incentive changes. A clinic that loses touch with a patient loses the remainder. Follow-up stops being goodwill and becomes part of the contract.
